P4P will - on a lump sum fee basis only - provide the following advisory services to (non-bank) creditors and investors:

• Non Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio valuations

• Second opinions on debt restructuring term sheets and the design of alternative structures and terms

• Identification & assessment of distressed debt investment opportunities

• Design of 'new money' transactions in distressed situations and 'loan to own' strategies
